Collabera offers a full range of benefits to its employees including paid vacations, holidays, personal days, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance.br //pstrongJob Description:/strongpJob Title : Compliance Analyst [Financial Intelligence Unit – Investigations Team]/ppLocation : Phoenix, AZ/ppDuration : 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)/ppbr //ppJob Responsibilities: /pp• A successful analyst on the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) team will: /pp• Conduct a time-sensitive, meticulous investigation and analysis of each instance of potential Anti-Money Laundering activity and/or suspicious financial activity across multiple jurisdictions and countries, utilizing a wide variety of research and analytical tools;/pp• Produce a well-written report detailing and analyzing the potentially suspicious activity for review by a supervisor and, when appropriate, filing with FinCEN;/pp• Build strong relationships with strategic partners across the unit to ensure effective coordination of significant investigations;/pp• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in investigation, analysis, and writing./ppbr //ppRequired Skills/Qualifications: /ppIdeal candidates will exhibit investigative, research intensive, and/or heavy writing skills while meeting two or more of the following qualifications:/pp• A minimum of two years of experience in audit, investigations or in the broader financial industry;/pp• A minimum of two years of experience in the legal field without a juris doctorate;/pp• A minimum of two years of experience in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, law enforcement, and/or the credit card industry;/pp• A bachelor’s degree, masterapos;s; or juris doctorate degree in one of the following fields of study: Justice Studies, English, Journalism, Business Administration, Political Science or Government amp; Public Services./pp• High level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency /pp• Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data in order to report critical information./ppbr //ppPreferred Additional: /pp• CAMS and/or CFE encouraged but not required./ppbr //pstrongQualifications:/strongp/pulliExperience with Anti money Laundering (AML) or Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/liliExperience Compliance/ Fraud Investigations/ Auditing/li/ulp/p
