The intention is to use these sites for long-term document sharing, collaboration, alerts, workflow and other uses we identify; therefore, a sustainable, organized design plan is essential. Site Owners and Site Collection Administrators will benefit from design leadership and knowledge transfer from an experienced SharePoint collaboration site designer so that the benefits of utilizing SharePoint 2013 (e.g. searching, archiving, sharing, versioning, performance, content management, workflow, check-in/check-out, security) are maximized, and the collaboration sites fulfill long-term information retrieval and sharing needs./ppbr //ppThe client has no previous experience designing collaboration sites, the consultant will be expected to ensure the design meets the department’s needs, and that Site Owners and Site Collection Administrators have the knowledge and ability to maintain the site content. She Owners and Site Collection Administrators will work closely with the consultant/ppbr //ppOwners and Site Collection Administrators will be responsible for collecting user requirements from department subject matter experts prior to onboarding the consultant.
