Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Manage requirement changes via a change control process. Identify, communicate and resolve issues and risks as they arise anywhere in the end to end process. Interaction/follow up with our site teams from user stories, test case scenario reviews.
