Our fun and safe work environment is waiting for you, apply today!/p /div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bResponsibilities/b/H2 /divdivul liAs directed, perform all job functions within the warehouse including loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets of product, palletizing product, picking orders and completing documentation./li liMaintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat/clean and complying with procedures, rules and regulations./li liManage product inventory and follow first in-first out shipping and rotation principles./li liComplete shipping, receiving and inspection documents neatly and accurately./li liOperate equipment for loading and unloading. This includes operating an end loader, switching engine, fork lift, and skid loader./li liConduct truck and railcar inspections prior to loading with product./li liPerform basic preventative maintenance and assist maintenance techs as needed./li liFollow all plant and food safety rules and procedures./li liMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions./li liPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned./li /ul /div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bMinimum Qualifications (required)/b/H2 /divdivul liKnowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Warehouse Operations/li liMust meet minimum age requirement/li /ul /div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bAdditional Qualifications/b/H2 /divdivul liForklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification/li liAbility to perform math related to order counts and inventory management/li liAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands/li liHigh School diploma or GED preferred/li liPrior warehouse experience preferred/li liPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
