It is the goal of everyone to seek continual improvement in all that we do./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liGreet customers on the sales floor in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and determine the make, type, and quality of merchandise desired./li liKeep shelves stocked, merchandised, tagged, and signed with appropriate pricing./li liAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping./li liAssist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock./li liAdhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing and loss prevention./li liHelp with cashiers or in any other departments as needed./li liOffer and sell promotional items./li liMaintains a clean, neat, and organized work area./li liRegular and predictable attendance is required./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liOur stores sell a variety of items, of various sizes and weights. Sales Floor Associates are required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally engaging in assisted lifting over 50 pounds.
