Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines.  This position (Outpatient\Inpatient) works under the supervision of Director. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Bachelor's Degree- Graduate of accredited school of physical therapy required./li li id="mosaic_certification"Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Missouri required.
