You should also be familiar with office equipment and procedures./p h2Office Clerk responsibilities are:/h2 ul li pUse office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc./p /li li pManage files and records ensuring their relevancy and accessibility/p /li li pPerform basic bookkeeping activities and issue invoices, checks and so on/p /li li pManage incoming and outgoing mail/p /li li pAnswer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues/p /li li pAttend meetings and dictations, taking minutes/p /li li pProvide support for office management and organization procedures/p /li li pReview office supplies and report in case of shortage/p/li /ul h2Office Clerk requirements are:/h2 ul li pGood practical experience with office devices and processes/p /li li pExcellent knowledge of MS Office/p /li li pFast typing skills with knowledge in stenographynbsp;/p /li li pExcellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills/p /li liHigh school diploma/li /ul
