Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to work the grill and fryer at Rice./p pstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/strong/p ol liMust collect money from patrons (i.e. cashier)./li liMust be skilled in the use of concession equipment./li liAssist in restocking of inventory./li liPreparation and serving of food items./li liAssist with all opening and closing procedures./li liReport equipment problems to manager./li liProvide a high quality of customer service in a professional manner to the internal customer that will facilitate team building and exceptional customer service to the external customer./li liFollow the Wheaton Park District policies, procedures, and guidelines./li liProactively support the V.A.L.U.E.S. (integrity, fun, commitment, adaptability and growth, kindness, and service) on a daily basis./li liMaintain good safety awareness and follow all safety guidelines and procedures./li /ol pstrongREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, ETC/strong/p pThis position must have a ServSafe certificate./p pstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS/strong/p pThis position must be able to occasionally move items such as a pallet of soda weighing up to 25 lbs. This position will be required to frequently move about the concession area and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, twist, and reach. This position will be required to stand for extended periods of time./p pstrongENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS/strong/p pThis position must be able to be exposed to all extreme summer weather conditions including heat, sun, rain, and varying degrees of temperature and light. This position will also frequently be exposed to hot oils and hot equipment, cleaning chemicals and cleaning supplies.
