Our Site Supervisors are the backbone of our operations and work alongside our area leadership team to manage and support the on-site staff. Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while creating an environment of teamwork with your coworkers./p pHere are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:/p ul liYou will ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests./li liOversee employee�s schedule./li liInform the Area Director of any staffing needs./li liMonitors and reviews daily employee performance and provides the necessary support or training./li liFollow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents./li liFacilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits./li liAdvise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management./li liFollow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access./li liPromptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns./li liLook sharp in your supplied uniform./li liEnjoy interacting with the residents./li /ul pWe are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a plus. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must!/p pstrongThis is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) position that requires mostly weekdays, but some flexibility. The pay is $20.00 per hour.
