This consists of following recipes, operating equipment and comply with all food safety regulations in the Dairy area. The CSC offers a wider variety of Dairy products for all on campus customers as well as off campus. This position is also responsible on providing direction and training to student employees that work in the area./pp/ppbWhat you’ll do in this position: /b/pp/pp· Support the sanitation of all dairy processing systems./pp· Flavor, freeze and package all ice cream mixes with inclusions, nuts. fruits and candies/pp· Palletize, label and wrap pallets of Ice Cream being produced and shipped./pp· Assemble and disassemble of Dairy equipment for sanitation/pp· Operation and troubleshooting of CIP (clean in place) equipment/pp· Pre/Post direct sanitation of tanks, machinery, and flow lines/pp/ppNote: This is a part-time position (28) hours per week./pp/ppbWhat qualifies you for this role:/b/pp/ppbRequired/b/pulliA firm commitment to the mission of BYU/lili1 year production experience/liliAbility to handle heavy objects (50-100 lbs.)
