We are seeking licensed real estate agents instrongnbsp;St. Paulnbsp;/strongand surrounding areas to show homes./p pstrongRequirements:/strong/p olliYou must be a currently licensed real estate agent/liliYou must have access to the MLS/liliYou must have experience showing homes in the greater St. Paul area./liliYou must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox/li/ol pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ulliSchedule showings on behalf of the buyers agent/liliWork with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner/liliConduct home showings in a professional mannernbsp;/liliAccess the listing via your local MLS/liliUse apps like ShowingTime to schedule showings for the buyer's agent and their clients/li/ul pstrongBenefits:/strong/p pShowing Agents will be paid anstrongnbsp;average/strongnbsp;of $32 per home shown but can earn upwards of $50 a home showing,nbsp;with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client.
