The technician must be competent and qualified to work on wind turbines. Our product is our people!/p pstrongHere’s what you will do as a Wind Technician:/strong/p ul liFollow all Health and Safety policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace/li liScheduled maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators including: inspection, greasing, cleaning, torquing and tensioning of bolted connections/li liApply LOTO/li liElectrical Troubleshooting/li liHydraulic Troubleshooting/li liFollow and implement work procedures to for specific scopes of work to inspect, repair and maintain Wind Turbine components/li liPopulate, track and communicate client and company documentation on a daily basis/li liMaintain a clean work area, equipment and tooling/li liPerform other daily work requirements as directed by Site Management/li liMaintain required training certifications for position (Fall Protection/Rescue Training, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, LOTO, First Aid/CPR/AED)/li /ul pstrongbr/strong/p pstrongHere are some of the perks Spark employees enjoy:/strongbr/p ulliCompetitive hourly wages/lili40-Hour weekly minimum while on jobs (guaranteed hours!)/lili1.5X overtime after 40 Hours / week/liliFast-track growth opportunities/liliA hands-on, positive Management Team that began as Technicians and have been promoted within their roles/liliPositive and fun company culture.
