Maintenance Technician - Full-time

We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our maintenance team as a strongmaintenance technician/strong. This individual helps maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the property. He or she works with a minimum of supervision to ensure all areas of the property are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition by performing various tasks including minor repairs, daily/weekly maintenance, setup and tear down of functions. Multiple property position./ppbr//ppThe maintenance Team member must have maintenance or construction experience. The Candidate will be working in multiple facilities doing all phases of maintenance and construction. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a requirement. Weekends and Holidays are a must. Some nights may be required./ppbr//ppThe ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance/custodial experience that includes knowledge of basic equipment and repairs.
