We believe these are key components of our associates' Total Rewards and employment experience./p ul liCompetitive Pay/li liHealth Care Benefits/li liFlexible Hours/li liExtensive Training/li liMeal Discounts/li liReal Advancement Opportunities/li /ul h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liUnderstands Steps of Service /li liAssists servers throughout shift by performing table maintenance whenever necessary/li liClears, cleans and resets tables as needed/li liAssists bartenders by stocking beer and ice/li liSweeps/ cleans the floor to maintain cleanliness/li liVisually observes guests and can respond to non-verbal cues/li liAssists servers by stocking stations/li liCommunicates with host staff concerning table updates to ensure the continuous flow of seated guests/li liAssists with rolling silverware when necessary/li liUpholds and maintains cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant/li liEmpties trash cans into the dumpster and helps to maintain cleanliness/li liMakes servers aware of any special requests at their tables/li liPerforms various tasks delegated by management. These may include but are not limited to sweeping, cleaning and other side work duties./li liHandles a guest complaint in a professional manner; follows the steps accordingly/li liFollows food safety and general sanitation policies/li liCompletes perimeter checks as needed/li liCompletes all opening, ongoing and closing side work./li liCleans and restocks restrooms./li liBids a sincere farewell to all departing guests within 10 feet/li liGenerates fun, and excitement through personality and positive attitude to help ensure many return visits by guests/li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 p /p ul liStands/walks during entire shift/li liAbility to listen to guests, respond verbally to them and interact with Team Members/li liMust reach, bend, stoop and wipe/li liCan carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 pounds from all areas of the restaurant to the dish area/li liEnthusiastic and professional attitude must be displayed at all times/li liOperates a dish washing machine/li li18+ years old/li /ul
