You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position./p pnbsp;/p pThe following are duties and responsibilities that the Behavioral Health Technician shall provide:/p ul liProvide direct support to clients related to treatment and treatment protocols/li liAssist and facilitate treatment procedures such client admissions, self-administration of medication, medication administration, health screening assessments, drug testing, and treatment planning/li liManage and maintain case load, ensuring timely and effective care coordination/li liSupervise, monitor, and educate clients on treatment procedures/li liReport client changes related to therapeutic issues, client information, and violation of rules/li liEngage with medication ethically and with highest quality of safety/li liEngage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities and promote health and wellness/li liRecord and monitor client conditions during treatment and medication reactions/li liAssist in searches, inspections, checks, and investigations as part of treatment procedures/li liProvide transportation and support for appointments, errands, and other needs to support clients/li liCoordinate and maintain healthy levels of communication with staff of all levels to ensure highest quality of care/li liDocument all client information timely and accurately as needed/li liAttend regular staff meetings, trainings, and reviews/li liMaintain compliance with company accreditation standards, including annual trainings, CEUs, and performance reviews/li liUtilize de-escalation and crisis intervention skills when needed/li liAssist with other duties assigned, including but not limited to, cleaning, restocking, meal assistance/li liLearn and utilize the softwarersquo;s available (Ritten, Paycom, etc.) efficiently to complete job requirements/li /ul h4Qualifications/h4brpThe Behavioral Health Technician requires a minimum of a High-School diploma or equivalent along with:/p ul li1 year of relevant experience in a behavioral health (minimum), 3 years (preferred)/li liValid driver#39;s license or reliable transportation/li liValid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire/li liHigh level of confidentiality/li liExceptional display of verbal and written communication/li liAbility to successfully pass a background, drug screen, and MVR/li /ul
