Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior painting, but it is not a requirement. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise in various painting techniques, detailed descriptions, and willingness to learn will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Follow schematics and project specifications to ensure accurate application of materials.
• Perform caulking and minor repairs to surfaces before painting.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency with hand tools and painting equipment.
• Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
