Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Position\n

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working within a state-of-the-art Cath Lab, performing essential duties in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details\n

\n
• Rotating 4x10 hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30 & 09:30 - 20:00)
\n
• Shifts may vary based on procedure completion
\n
• Team members will rotate shifts on a weekly basis to maintain consistency
\n

Staffing & Ratio\n

\n
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1
\n
• Weekend shifts are required (see on-call requirements)
\n
• On-call requirement includes one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per month and one weekday call shift each week
\n
• No floating between service lines or to sister facilities
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or equivalent specialty
\n
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
\n
• Current South Carolina license or Compact license must be held prior to employment
\n
• National certifications required: BLS and ACLS
\n
• Must provide a radiation badge through the agency as it is not provided
\n
• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures is required
\n

• Block schedule accommodations may be available with management approval based on unit's needs
\n
• Acceptance of local candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis
\n
• Hours may be reduced; facility reserves the right to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
\n
• Parking is provided with no fees, but parking clearance is limited to standard vehicles
\n

Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June to November), all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. It is advisable to avoid confirming new assignments during this period.
