    Job Details
  • MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse responsible for patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe care delivery.
  • Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
  • Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
  • Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
  • Position is a float pool role requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
    Job Requirements
  • Arizona state nursing license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required.
  • Cerner EMR experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (3/12's).
  • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
  • 36 hours per week.
  • 48-hour guarantee considered.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Float pool position requiring flexibility to work in multiple departments and facilities.
  • Patient to nurse ratio: 6:1.
  • Scrub color: Any color allowed.
    Additional Details
