What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers by providing product recommendations, order assistance, and answering queries with a smile.
  • Help customers find the perfect solutions by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process customer orders and ensure their fulfillment from start to finish.
  • Manage refunds, exchanges, and returns with ease.
  • Contribute to other tasks as needed to keep our sales operations running smoothly.

Who You Are:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred); industry experience (HVAC or similar) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and customer-focused—you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
