Store Lead (Full Time)

The Udder Bar is a family owned and operated Ice Cream Parlor located in the West End of Allentown, Pa. We opened our doors in 2017 and since then we have won best ice cream 7 years in a row! We are looking a for dependable, honest, and out-going Shift Leader with great customer service to work 30 to 40 a week. If you want to work for a small business and want to be treated like part of the family, than this is the job for you!

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Must be 18 years of age and can work 30 to 40 hours a week (flexible hours)
• Must have Manager/Store lead experience
• Experience managing a small to mid-size team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Food Certification (Preferred not a must)
• Experience with inventory procedures
• Experience with store processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be willing to cover shifts as needed
• Food experience a must
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be a leader with great organizational skills
• Prepare ice cream, milkshake, and sundaes for both customers and third party delivery services
• Help Train and hire new employees
• Must be outgoing and hardworking
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements
• Menu Creation
