Labor and Employment Associate Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including advising on wage and hour compliance, handling administrative actions, and assisting with employment litigation and arbitration.
- Prior knowledge of federal labor and employment laws (FLSA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)

- Provide counsel on wage and hour compliance and represent clients in employment litigation.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
