Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of land development experience to join our dynamic team in Orange County. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that shape the community. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, contributing to innovative engineering designs, detailed plan preparation, and comprehensive project reports and studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop engineering designs for various land development projects.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Assist in conducting studies and generating reports to support project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Carlson/Civil3D/AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
