Position: Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic attorney with 4-9 years of experience to join our growing team. While the focus is on Labor & Employment law, we are open to candidates with a strong background in general litigation or complex litigation and are willing to provide training for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on Labor & Employment law.
• Work on cases involving clients in the XXX-rated space; candidates should be comfortable managing these types of cases.
• Engage in some class action work, with opportunities to build experience in this area.
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit team of 9 professionals in a firm that was established just over a year ago and is now expanding.
