POSITION: LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: PARSIPPANY, NJ (onsite required)
Firm X is a mid-sized general practice law firm with offices in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area seeking a Litigation Associate for their Parsippany, NJ office. Job Summary:
- Defending personal injury and other claims on behalf of large, self-insured corporations, insurance companies and public entities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- New Jersey Bar Admissions required
- 4-8 years of experience litigating matters, to join our growing and experienced team.
- Trial experience is a plus and the ideal person has proficient research and writing skills and experience in representing public and private clients.
- The attorney must have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Title 59, Federal Court experience in civil rights cases and New York admission are also pluses.
