American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for an evening shift position at a Level III Trauma facility, requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
Details\n- \n
- Level III Trauma hospital with 286 staffed beds \n
- MRI department setting \n
- 5x8-hour evening shifts, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday \n
- On-call rotation required: weekday call hours are 6:00 PM – 5:30 AM, and weekend call covers Saturday 5:30 AM through Monday 5:30 AM \n
- Weekends may be required if on call \n
- Charting performed in Epic \n
- Philips MRI equipment experience required \n
- No floating required \n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI Tech experience required \n
- Current BLS (AHA only), and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required \n
- Hands-on experience with Philips MRI equipment required \n
- SC license required if applicable \n
- SSN and Driver's License required for consideration \n
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration \n
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position \n
- \n
- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are considered local; non-local candidates are prioritized \n
- Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis \n
- Previous permanent or PRN staff of this health system must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible to work as a traveler \n
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of consideration; approval is based on facility needs \n
- Orientation modules are completed prior to the start of the assignment \n
- Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams; peak activity months are August and September \n
- Scrub colors required: black pants and teal top \n
- Free parking is available on-site \n
