Typical ShiftYour shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs vary, so we match Care Pros’ skills to each client's needs. You may be asked to perform light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, medication administration, or any other ADL or IADL according to the client’s needs. You will NOT be asked to do skilled nursing tasks like injections, wound care, or therapy.
Candidate ProfilesCaregiver Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
- Helping with general light housekeeping.
- Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.
- Observing and reporting on a patient’s condition.
- Keeping up with in-service training.
- Enters patients records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; incidents and observations, reports any changes in patients’ physical condition and/or behavior; observes and documents the health and emotional condition of each patient; promptly reports any changes to the supervisor
- Starting at $15.00-$17.00
- Additional $1.00 for weekend shifts
