Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Insurance Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, and writing, and a passion for law

Duties:
- Conduct legal research on various case matters
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist in trial preparation and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation
- Handle client communication and maintain case files accurately
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to litigation

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NY State Bar Association
- Prior experience in litigation or related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamNice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in the following practice areas will include defense of personal injury and other tort claims, including auto, premises, products liability, and municipal matters.
- Experience with legal drafting and writing.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
