Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilityin Saint Albans, VT. This per-diem role involves supporting patients’ daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols.
- Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
