American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for night shifts at a Level I Adult and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and required Epic EMR proficiency.

- Acute care regional teaching hospital with 641 licensed beds, designated as a Level I Adult and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center \n
- X-Ray department serving a broad patient population including ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, and OR \n
- Procedures include bedside/portable X-ray, trauma imaging, C-arm procedures, and fluoroscopic studies such as barium swallow and esophagram \n
- Night shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts) \n
- Floating to other units or campuses is required per facility policy, limited to units where competencies have been demonstrated and documented \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks \n

- Minimum 2 years of X-ray experience preferred; 1 year accepted with full-time Level I Trauma and Children's Hospital experience including OR and fluoroscopic study experience \n
- Active ARRT (R) certification required \n
- Current BLS required \n
- Active SC SCRQSA license required; license required if applicable \n
- Epic EMR experience with a minimum of 1 year required \n
- Proficiency in acute care imaging settings including ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, and OR \n
- Ability to perform all aspects of X-ray independently \n
- Two professional references required for consideration \n
- Valid driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration \n

- Perform independent X-ray imaging across multiple acute care settings including trauma, OR, and bedside/portable studies \n
- Must be adaptable to equipment-specific training as needed \n
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible for this position (night shift X-Ray Tech role falls under Exception 2 of the facility's radius policy) \n
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position \n
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of booking and are subject to facility approval \n
