Commercial Litigation Associate

A boutique litigation firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join their fantastic Litigation group in Austin. This team represents a diverse national client base and works on complex litigation matters including antitrust, business torts, contracts, and class action. Associates in this group are given significant responsibilities and work on matters in a collaborative team environment. Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a desire to be in the courtroom. Experience handling cases from intake through trial, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial preparation.
