-3+ years experience with construction contracts, including EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, operation, and maintenance agreements.
-Role will focus on providing transactional support for energy and infrastructure projects with an emphasis on managing teams, drafting contracts, and analyzing complex legal issues.
-Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
