h2 id="job_meta" pLocation: Oak Creek,Wisconsin,United States /p /h2 div id="job_description" pDepartment: Operationsbr /Reports To: Operations Managerbr /Status: Non-Exempt/ppJOB SUMMARYbr /Thenbsp;Kidrsquo;snbsp;Clubnbsp;employeesnbsp;mainnbsp;responsibilitynbsp;isnbsp;tonbsp;observe,monitornbsp;andbr /nbsp;interactnbsp;withnbsp;allnbsp;childrennbsp;thatnbsp;arenbsp;innbsp;thenbsp;Kidrsquo;snbsp;Clubnbsp;areanbsp;atnbsp;allbr /timesnbsp;tonbsp;ensurenbsp;theynbsp;havenbsp;anbsp;greatnbsp;experiencenbsp;in ournbsp;facility./ppESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESbr /bull; Greets, introduces and welcomes all children into the Kidrsquo;s Club areabr /bull; Delivers a welcoming smile to all members and their childrenbr /bull; Checks in all children to ensure they all have a proper Kidrsquo;s Club membershipbr /bull; Ensures the safety of the children by being aware of surroundingsbr /bull; Follows company policy by requiring that all parents sign the Kidrsquo;s Club waiver form for any children usingbr /the Kidrsquo;s Clubbr /bull; Nurtures and cares for children while parents are working out in our gym facilitiesbr /bull; Reads, plays, draws, and interacts with children from 6 weeks of age to 12 years oldbr /bull; Organizes activities that stimulate childrenrsquo;s physical, emotional, intellectual and social growthbr /bull; Sterilizes toys and equipment on a regular basesbr /bull; Ensures all toys are safe and operational within the Kidrsquo;s Clubbr /bull; Maintains a safe environment by following established security proceduresbr /bull; Guarantees a clean environment by performing janitorial duties when neededbr /bull; Reports bad behavior and any sort of accident to Operations Managers and parents dailybr /bull; Keeps all appropriate records of attendance and time sheetsbr /bull; Notifies parents immediately when a child needs a diaper changedbr /bull; Engages and supports necessary disciplinary action for any child who needs behavioral re-directionbr /REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESbr /bull; Must be able to communicate effectively with parents and guardiansbr /bull; Has the ability to initiate conversations with children and co-workersbr /bull; Friendly, and energetic personalitybr /bull; Patience and tolerance with all children is requiredbr /REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEbr /bull; Child Care experience is preferredbr /bull; CPR/AED amp; First Aid certifications (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)br /bull; Must attend the Companyrsquo;s ldquo;I am Brandrdquo; Workshop within 90 days of hirebr /bull; Must attend the Companyrsquo;s ldquo;SLIIrdquo; Workshop within 90 days of hirebr /bull; View HR Training Video upon completion of new hire paperwork/p /div div id="how_to_apply" a href="https://myxperiencefitness.recruiterbox.com/jobs/fk0koz/?apply=true"Apply to this job/a /div
