This role will be working with 2 additional assistants in the office HQ so candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team. br /br / Duties will include the following but may vary depending on the need: br /br / -Maintaining personal calendars and schedules br / -Preparing business owner for travel (ie packing, errands, organizing) br / -Organizing. Need a person who is good at organizing and neat. br / -Run personal errands as requested br / -Light clerical duties br / -Social media upkeep: blogging, tweeting, Facebook etc. br / -Occassional personal shopping br /br /br / Requirements: br /br / - Must have a positive upbeat attitude br / - Must be able to multitask br / - Excellent with following directions and following up br / - Must have at least 1 year experience or be an exceptional candidate br / - Must be comfortable working in a home office that includes children br / - Excellent oral and written communication skills, pleasant phone manner br / -Must be very FLEXIBLE and a TEAM PLAYER br / - Must have a flexible schedule and availability because projects are often short notice br / -Must have good driving record and reliable transportation. br /br /br / Please note-Although you will rarely work on the weekends, some weekend (if the CEO needs you) may be required.
