Adheres to all Department of Transportation regulatory requirements, New York State traffic laws and MVHS safety standards./p /div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bCore Job Responsibilities/b/H2 /divdivul liSafely transports enrollees from pickup location to their destinations. /li liDocuments all stops along the trip route into assigned work cell phone app based program./li liAnswers incoming phone calls and communicates with dispatcher, team leader or supervisor concerns./li liDocuments pre and post trip inspections daily to assigned vehicle./li liUses time management to ensure enrollees arrive to their destination timely./li liObeys and follows applicable traffic laws./li liUtilizes GPS to ensure most accurate route is taken to desired destination./li liPractices safe driving habits./li liKeeps interior and exterior of vehicle clean and presentable, following all infection control guidance./li liNotifies supervisor when vehicle maintenance is needed./li liAttends and participates in departmental and organizational committees, meetings and activities./li liComplies with applicable federal/state regulations and MVHS policies including, but not limited to enrollee confidentiality and Health Insurance Portability amp; Accountability Act (HIPAA)./li liAttends agency in-services and educational programs and maintains personal growth and development./li liRoutinely updates supervisor of issues or concerns.
