Together, we can achieve greatness./p p /p pstrongJob Purpose: /strongThe Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for conducting cycle counts and bin location audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and working with the Inventory Supervisor/Manager in any inventory related functions concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard./p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liPerforms physical counts of inventory items in order to maintain accurate inventory./li liCounts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis./li liAccurately inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity./li liCompletes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time./li liTraces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies./li liUse of motorized equipment including: Order Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Reach Truck/li liOther tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager./li /ul pstrongAdditional Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals./li liAbility to write routine reports and correspondence./li liEnsures compliance to inventory processes and procedures, and contractual obligations./li liAbility to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets./li liUtilize computer terminal to properly account for inventory issues, returns, and documentation./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liMinimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in Inventory Control./li liMinimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in warehouse environment./li liExperience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift./li liExperience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred)./li liPC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database./li /ul pstrongEducation and/or Experience Required:/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency./li liAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals./li liAbility to read and write emails./li liAbility to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets./li liForklift certification a plus./li /ul pThis is not the JD in it's entirety./p /div divdiva href="https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req_id=3349964source=3349964-CJB-0"START YOUR APPLICATION/a/divdiv/div/div /div div/div div/divdiv br /a href="https://www.rjwgroup.com/"Visit Our Home Page/a /divp© 2025 RJW Logistics/p p a href="https://www.clearcompany.com" iApplicant Tracking System Powered by/i  /a /p /div
