If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Regis./ppnbsp;/ppThe Customer Service Rep II is responsible for providing a variety of support, customer service and office administration duties related to servicing customers.nbsp; The representative will provide information to customers via telephone regarding product order status, delivery status, and coordination of product returns./pstrongResponsibilities:/strongulliProvides Customer Account Management by coordinating and managing order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, customer returns and transportation management in a call center environment.nbsp; Utilizes various computer systems such as ASI, Logility, EPortrsquo;s , AXIOS, and Microsoft products in the management of customer orders from plants, distribution centers and vendors./liliProcesses and completes high volume of orders timely, accurately and thoroughly and enhance sales where appropriate./liliAddresses and resolves customer complaints./liliPerforms various office administration duties such as keying in orders, processing faxes, preparation of reports, etc./liliServes as backup to specialized functions including; internet web programs, murals, non-standard programs, etc. as needed./liliMay train new CSRrsquo;s and guide them to work as a team as needed./liliStrong self-directed organizational skills to organize time effectively on daily and weekly basis./liliPerforms other related duties as required./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpstrongEducation and Knowledge:/strong/ppnbsp;/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalency required.nbsp;/li/ulpstrongExperience:/strong/ppNO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED , JUST BE VERY MOTIVATED , RELIABLE WE WILL PROVIDE ALL TRANING/ppstrongCompetencies: /strong/pulliStrong customer service skills/liliAbility to multi-task/liliStrong organizational and problem solving skills/liliMust be detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills/liliMust have moderate level computer skills in Word and Excel, with the ability to use databases and other computer systems/liliMust be a team player/li/ulpSALARY : 10.75- 12.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE/ppnbsp;/ppnbsp;/ppMUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND ,DRUG TEST/p
