Building Automation Systems (BAS), service contracts, system upgrades, and controls related service requests./span/p ul lispanProvide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships./span/li lispanIdentify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems./span/li lispanPerform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers./span/li lispanMaintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming./span/li lispanProvide controls technical support to HVAC technicians./span/li lispanCreate and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects./span/li lispanCommission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications./span/li lispanProvide training and follow-ups for Customers and operations personnel./span/li lispanComplete work orders and review with customers for accuracy./span/li lispanContinually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers Qualifications:/strong /span/p ul lispanHigh School Diploma or GED./span/li lispan5+ years related experience./span/li lispanValid driver's license with acceptable driving record./span/li lispanAbility to lift 50lbs with or without an accommodation./span/li lispanRequired license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district./span/li /ul p /p pspanstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong /span/p ul lispanPrevious experience in mentoring less experienced technicians./span/li lispanOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification/span/li lispanCurrent first aid / CPR card./span/li lispanProficiency with test instruments and calibration tools./span/li lispanCompetency in operation of engineering/commissioning tools, DDC controllers and field devices, BACnet protocol fundamentals./span/li lispanCompetency in the operation of HVAC equipment and controls./span/li lispanAbility to understand written sequences of operation./span/li lispanAbility to read low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams./span/li lispanNiagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification./span/li lispanExperience with any common integration protocols such as: BACnet MST / IP, LON, Modbus TCP / RTU, Ethernet OIP, MQTT, or SQL./span/li lispanStrong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals./span/li lispanGood verbal and written communication skills./span/li lispanCustomer-focused, results-oriented professional, and strong team player./span/li lispanMotivated self-starter that demonstrates initiative./span/li lispanAbility to manage multiple priorities The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
