The Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for training on best practices and providing on the job training to employees. Also this person will have the opportunity to participate in scout assignments across the network as needed./p pEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/p ul liProvide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees./li liConducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees./li liComply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines./li liWell versed in all warehouse functions/li liAbility to plan and schedule tasks and handle multiple tasks at once./li liMaintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and mandatory internally required instruction./li liPerform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
