ul lispanOut of school time staff available to work a split shift; Consistent schedule required/span/li lispanUnderstand and ensure EEC regulations as well as Old Colony Y policies (Child and Youth Care policy, Child Guidance Policy, Health Care Policy) are maintained at all times. /span/li lispanAssist with planning, developing, and implementing the program curriculum in accordance with EEC regulations and Old Colony YMCA’S policies. /span/li lispanHelp gear the school age lesson plans to the needs of individual children with concern for their interests, disabilities, special talents, cultural diversity, and individual style and pace of learning./span/li lispanProvide leadership of daily activities, including but not limited to; Y Chat, Asset Curriculum, BOKS, Fun/Food Curriculum. /span/li lispanUnderstands and maintains QRIS standards /span/li lispanAct in a public relations capacity when communicating with parents, school personnel and potential clients./span/li lispanSupervision of the program’s children in all program locations, trips, etc./span/li lispanAssist in completing necessary documentation, including accident reports, incident reports and attendance records./span/li lispanProvide input in weekly staffing schedule. /span/li lispanFamily Strengthening- Assist in the timely issuance of a monthly newsletter/calendar of events for families/span/li lispanAct as a positive role model./span/li lispanMaintain proper behavior of children at all times with strict adherence to both the YMCA Child Guidance Policy, and the Child Care Policy./span/li lispanEnsures Fun/Food Curriculum, menu planning and guidelines meet HEPA standards/span/li lispanAssist in maintaining attendance records and all necessary reports/span/li lispanMeet with School Age Site Coordinator as directed./span/li lispanProvides leadership role in both weekly site staff meetings and monthly asset/school age curriculum meetings./span/li lispanEstablish and maintain effective training programs, conferences, courses and other aspects of professional growth. /span/li lispanEstablish and maintain working relationship with school or other site-specific personnel. /span/li /ul
