Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience/span/li lispanExecuting store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience/span/li lispanUtilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance standards and results/span/li lispanUnderstanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures/span/li lispanInspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs/span/li lispanCreating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates/span/li lispanPerforms other duties as assigned/span/li /ul p/p pspanstrongWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC SUPERVISOR:/strong/span/p ul lispanHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required/span/li lispan1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred/span/li lispanEffective interpersonal and communication skills/span/li lispanWorks well both independently and within a team environment/span/li lispanStrong problem-solving skills/span/li lispanUtilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software/span/li lispanWork varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays/span/li /ul p/p pspanstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS:/strong/span/p ul lispanMust have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations/span/li lispanMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds/span/li lispanMust have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. – bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)/span/li lispanMust possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/span/li /ul
