pWe are looking for a dynamic Hotel Front Desk Agent / Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent / Auditor responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and have work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests./pp/p pstronguWe are looking for a flexible person; There is no set schedule./u/strong/ppstrongubr/u/strong/p pstronguWe need a Front Desk Agent/Auditor who can work any shift asked of them, which includes:/u/strong/p pSunday - Saturday/p ulli7am-3pm/lili3pm-11pm/lili11pm - 7am (sometimes)br/li/ul pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ulliPerform all check-in and check-out tasks/liliManage online and phone reservations/liliInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data/liliRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)/liliWelcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms/liliMaintains customers' privacy/liliProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities/liliRespond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner/liliLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs/liliKnows daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate/liliMaintain updated records of bookings and payments/liliReports any unusual occurrences or requests to the Front Office Manager or General Manager/liliManages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliPerforms cleaning dutiesbr/li/ul pstrongSkills/strong/p ulliWork experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role preferred/liliExperience with the hotel reservation software Opera/liliExperience with Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)/liliAbility to understand and adhere to proper credit card and cash handling policies and procedures.
