Assists patient’s recovery by providing a sanitary, attractive, safe environment with minimal interference. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Incentives./span/pp/ppbRESPONSIBILITIES:/b/pullipspanDusts, scrubs and mops (wet and dry) floors following established policies and complying with safety regulations and established time frames. Maintains confidentiality of position-acquired information./span/p/lilipspanCleans and/or polishes floors using buffing machines according to department procedures./span/p/lilipspanInspects and maintains equipment daily to ensure cleanliness and proper working order. Reports any mechanical failures, general safety infractions or need for service and repair to the Supervisor./span/p/lilipspanUtilizes appropriate electrical equipment to vacuum, spot clean. Striping and refinishing, carpet extracting./span/p/lilipspanSets up and moves furniture, freight and equipment as required.
