The Bartender mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications and assist with ordering menu items. Bartenders are passionate about delivering exceptional service, and always aware of their surroundings to ensure members and guests are drinking responsibly./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliVerify identification and age requirements of guest and members/liliMix traditional and creative cocktails/liliProcess payments/liliClean glasses and bar utensils/liliProvide food and beverage suggestions based on guest or member tastes and preferences/liliOpen and maintain tabs throughout the shift/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;" /p Additional Information: p style="margin: 0px;"strongQualifications/strong/pulliMust be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state law/liliKnowledge of ingredients for various mixed drinks, knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette/liliMust be able to work a flexible schedule, perform multiple tasks and prioritize while exercising patience/liliExperience handling cash and credit card transactions/liliBasic math skills. Able to use a calculator and cash register or point-of-sale system/liliAbility to use the following equipment: blender, coffee maker, sharp knives, ice machine, refrigerator, dish washer, etc./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongEducation/strong/pulliHigh school diploma required (Specialty/Technical training preferred) and 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience/liliT.A.B.C.
