Little Mount Lavender Co in Simpsonville, KY is looking for customer service associates to join our 12 person strong team. We are located at 6905 Shelbyville Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Looking for customer service both in our sales floor and cafe.

• Friendly attitude even when its easy not to be
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
