RN - CVICU - Perm

Seeking an experienced CVICU RN to provide high-acuity critical care to seriously ill patients. The role involves caring for patients requiring ventilators, IV drips, and close monitoring in a collaborative critical-care environment.

• Provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients.

• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and various IV drips.

• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.

• Support continuous quality improvement and excellent patient outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with the critical-care team.

• Participate in rotating weekends.

• Day and night shifts available; night shift is an urgent need.

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute-care ICU RN experience within the last 2-3 years.

• PCU RN experience may be considered.

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

• BLS required within 30 days of hire/transfer.

• ACLS required within 90 days of hire/transfer.

• Critical-care experience with ventilators and IV drips preferred.
