Sales Associate

The Sales Associate responsible for becoming the customer support expert as you work with to create personalized solutions. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers. Daily Responsibilities:

· Provide optimal customer experience services

· Assist customer ss in the proper selection of merchandise in accordance with their identified needs

· Process transactions at point of sale

· Ensure an exceptional customer experience

· Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal

· Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed

· Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures

· Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication

· Provide prompt and courteous service

· Demonstrates up to date product knowledge

· Periodic inventory counts

Sales Associate Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

· Drive to set and achieve targeted goals

· Prior sales experience, retail preferred

· Demonstrated communication skills

· The willingness to follow up with customers

· Experience and desire to work with technology
