KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Contract Management to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managed Services Market Growth Team, OGC and Risk, and Finance teams to negotiate and draft Cyber and Security Client agreements and renewals using approved contract templates (where applicable) for the Managed Services Solutions assigned
- Work with the MS Cyber Market Growth business team to ensure the proper set up of sales opportunities and running of Sentinels and CEAC's in advance of moving into the contracting phase
- Negotiate SaaS agreements for tools required to support the Cyber practice, interfacing with the firms procurement team.
- Perform daily reporting on contract progress, using the Contract Management Contracting in Process ("CIP") file as the repository for all data concerning ongoing contracts; maintain database summarizing numerous contract terms across all active engagements
- Maintain contracts schedule and proactively help CSM's and MS Market Growth Team to drive renewals ahead of contract expiration
- Assist the vendor management team to coordinate steps to ensure PIM process takes place, that AT review has been started (if new product or vendor), engagement with procurement tools is addressed; collaborate with TPRM group as required
- Assist Reselling department and alliance team with Reselling Agreements and activities including opening procurement tickets, negotiating terms, completing closeout
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in consultative services organization (management experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Contracting degree and/or certification and/or technical knowledge in Cyber is helpful.
- Strong background in Contract Management and/or Legal background with an understanding of Cyber related contracting is ideal
- Knowledge of contracts, including MSA's, SaaS agreements, Engagement Letters, SOW's and Amendments
- Contract negotiation and drafting skills and the ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders such as Risk and OGC, Finance and business stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, process driven and detail oriented, with strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills to drive the detailed contracting process to completion
- Ability to travel as necessary

California Salary Range: $106200 - $237700
