French Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Consultant form our Client's Online Payment Solutions Department. In this crucial role, you will assist our French-speaking clients in optimizing their online payment processes, providing them with the support and expertise needed to successfully manage their transactions.

As a consultant, your primary focus will be on delivering tailored solutions and dedicated customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our payment solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking clients regarding their online payment inquiries
• Conduct training sessions on the functionalities of payment systems and best practices
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and develop effective solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
