About this job

This occupation will require proficiency in French Creole. Cold calling clients in both English and French Creole using data mining rolling dialer to qualify and evaluate client for specific insurance product. Once the client has been qualified then the call will be transferred to one of our license insurance agent.

-Practice new skills with clients
-Providing therapeutic life coaching and counseling to individuals and families experiencing a range of behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, violence
-Provide therapeutic coaching services to individuals, couples, families experiencing a range of behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief , substance ,abuse, violence
-Provide therapeutic coaching services to individuals, couples, families and groups
-Work with the individual youth to mentor and teach life skills in various settings  including at the youth's apartment, the office, and in the community
-Coordinate and schedule: caregivers and life line installations, de- installations, and service calls 
-Provide emotional support for the client and/ family promoting normative behavior to achieve a greater amount of life satisfaction 
-Assists youth to become successful and independent young adults through teaching  various life skills, employment skills, social skills job readiness, educational enrichment , college/trade school
-Manage and maintain the ERS life line services delivery and assist with the daily operations of the ERS program
-Provide hands-on assistance, coaching/training and transportation to establish community linkages that support successful outcomes
-Facilitating group coaching sessions to inform and enhance the customer's journey to empowerment

Required qualifications:
