French Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fashion & Apparel Department. In this exciting junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our fashion products and services.

Your fluency in French will be essential as you help customers navigate our online platform, answer questions about product availability, offer styling advice, and address any concerns or issues. Your expertise and passion for fashion will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges
• Provide personalized styling recommendations based on customer preferences
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our product offerings and services
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and our latest collections

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fashion
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion retail industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to provide personalized suggestions and styling advice to customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
